Slow down, you move too fast.

Got to make the moment(s) last.

The family moments. The work moments. The project moments. The barbecue moments. The hockey moments.

You know, the real-life moments.

The moments I'm not blogging.

Gotta make those last a little more. Which means I gotta cut back on the blogging a bit.

No, I'm not pulling a Nobody/Jen/Teacake and stopping, I'm just slowing, that's all. Maybe a few times per week instead of (nearly) daily.

For those of you who don't care, you can stop reading six lines ago.

I feel your pain, dude. But you should SEE the amazing things I've done since mothballing the blog! Spotless house - check! Child scheduled for entire summer's worth of activities - check! Met both new neighbors within a week of U-Haul sightings - check! One article almost ready to be rejected by multitudes of publishers - check! New wardrobe - check! (Okay, so that last one really had nothing to do with blogging, but I figured, hell, while I'm at it...)

Your breakin' my heart.

So do what I'm doing - post photos and recycle old shit from before we all met you ;)

I guess I'd rather be a thumb than a tack, but I know I'd rather be a hammer than a thumb.

And I guess it goes without saying that I would rather be a Makita cordless electric drill than just about anything.
