We forgot to put flowers in our hair.

But we came to San Francisco anyway. It's my first time here, and Julie's first time since she was a little girl. What a fabulous city. I'm sure the sunny, blue-skied, 65-degree weather hasn't hurt our impression. Someone told us we're taking a "babymoon," which is a last vacation before baby comes along. At 7-1/2 months pregnant, Julie's been awesome. She asked me, after hiking uphill for six blocks without a word of complaint, whether I thought she was a high-maintenance pregnant woman. Uh, no. Anyway, time to get off the PowerBook and back out to the city.
