A buddy of mine, Rick Henley, has started a business called Kid Starz. He makes professional-looking sports posters for kids. Check out his web site; there's some way-cool stuff on there. You just choose a poster template, upload a photo of your kid, and he creates the poster. The printing and paper are super-high quality, too. As soon as Sam learns how to dribble (okay, a basketball, not spittle) and skate, I'll be getting one of him.
