Thoughts on gay marriage.

Let them.

No matter what argument is put forth as to why two people of the same sex shouldn't be allowed to marry, it all boils down to one simple fact: If you're against it, it's because you don't think "those people" should be allowed to live that way.

It has nothing to do with the sanctity of marriage. If you are married, and two gay people marry, it has no affect on your marriage whatsoever.

Your life will not be affected.

And don't give me that, "I'll have to explain to my children why Tom and Tony are married blah blah blah" bullshit. Welcome to being a parent. You can just add that to explaining to your children why some people murder other people and why some people are born disabled and why some people can carry a tune and why some people can curl their tongue (I can't, you fuckers) and why some people lose their hair and why some people have dark skin and why some people get scabies.

You can still have the exact same life you have now.

Quit being a prick.

Let them.
